Helloo,
Last month I have finished baby's change in name.
I have not yet mailed those document supporting my baby's new name to Candadian Consulate.
Today i just received medical examination documents for myself, my wife and my baby.
But my baby's medical document is showing her old name.
I am planning to mail change in my baby's name supporting documents to Canadian Consulate right tomorrow.
Please advise what shall i do?
Do you think asking new Medical report -Section A Document of my baby with her new name would be a right way to go?
Or shall i proceed medical exam with a Medical Report - Section A form whcih i have received with old name?
Please advise.
