Hi,
My labor cert is currently in process at the regional DOL in Atlanta and i have to make a decision of whether or not to change to a different immigration lawyer at this time. I have 2 options:
1) Have my lawyer file a G-28 and update my petition at the DOL to reflect the change in my representation
2) Wait until my LC is approved and then change to the new lawyer for the rest of the GC processing.
I'd like to proceed with option 1. However i'd like to find out if
a) Has anyone done this before?
b) Are there any known 'issues' with this process that could cause a potential delay in my LC process??
