Case was assigned on Jan 20 2001 Still Pending

My case was assigned to Officer on Jan 20 and so far no approval. Is it normal to take 1 & half month aftercase is assigned. My RD is Jun 29 ND is Aug 20 . FP done on 3oth Of October
 
Did you confirm

that it was assigned on that date.I called the iio couple of times ...once they said it was assigned and later they said it was not assigned.
Typically a case would be approved in 2 o 3 weeks after assignment.

Yes I did

I called IIO twicw both time I was told by two different IIO that it was assigned on that Date
 
My case is assigned on Jan 30th , still pending

I also conformed two times with different IIO\'s.

RD - 4/23
FP - 10/30
 
I think both your cases are

safe with a slow officer . Maybe that particular took some days off .
