Case transfered to NBC

I got the n400 acceptance email yesterday and they mentioned that they have transferred the case to NBC. First what does that means and secondly does it effect the processing and timeline?

Did you get notes of Action yet? n-400 cases normally NBC*000000000 so it normal , then case will be transferred to your local office for interview
