case number 13XXX

Hi all:
I just received NL from KCC, My case number is AS 13XXX. I know its fairly high but I dont want to lose hope. I have read in several places that higher numbers fair better with CP. why would that be?
if i need additional forms like the ones sent by KCC, where would i be able to get them?
When would i need my background check done and how long does it take in the US?

how about reading the info on the forum first, and then asking questions? your have been covered many times.
