My case showed "certified" in March of 2007 on the website. However, my lawyer still has not received the certified letter. He has sent two letters via email and two emails to the address that the Phili center gave us. We have not received a response to any of the requests. Please advise if anyone else is having this problem. Is there something else I can do to get this letter? I've waited 6 years to finally see the website say "certified" and now I can't file my I-140 because I don't have the certified letter. My lawyer even tried filing the I-140 and asking USCIS to request a duplicate letter from DOL but they sent the application back. USCIS is not accepting my I-140 without the certified letter from DOL.
