Last month I went to local Infopass office and the IO said that my case was adjudicated. We should hear something in 30 days.

Its been over 30 days and when I check my 485 status online ...it says your case has been transfered to the office where the application is pending.

Whats does this mean????

Is is good/bad?

MY PD is EB3/March 2004

Please throw some light on this.

INS has been processing/adjudicating (arriving at a conclusion on the case) non-eligible (retrogressed) cases in the recent past.
If your case has been adjudicated, that means they are only waiting for a visa number to be available and all other processing on your case has been completed.

Are you from a retrogressed country?
Interesting they have adjudicated cases until PD of Mar 2004.

Per the June 2009 visa bulletin, visa is unavailable for EB3 (irrespective of your country of birth). And is expected to remain unavailable until new quota is released in Oct 09. So, I don't think you should expect an answer in 30 days.
