I landed in March this year and have been in the US since.
Do the new rules apply to me and can i continue to stay in the US for a few months until I am ready to move ? or should i have applied for a returning resident permit (and they have stopped this too).
I was told (cic information service phone agent) that the new rules do not apply to you if you were outside of Canad when the the rule changed ?????
