Hi. I am currently in a situation as follows. If anyone can provide some advice, it would be appreciated.
I am a Canadian citizen. My wife is a US citizen. We married in the US in Nov 2005. We originally made plans for the both of us to live and work in the US. We started the visa process (using family based immigration process). We got the I-130 approval notice in Oct 2006.
Unfortunately, due to illness in my side of the family, we decided to stay in Canada (she moved here to Canada), which is where we are currently residing.
We have since decided to make plans to move to the US again. We recently received a letter from the Natl Visa Center requesting action on our part. We have gave notice that we still would like to continue the process.
Any advice on what steps to take next would be appreciated. Thanks.
