Can you tell me what is going on? I-140 approved

Hello.
I got denied I-140 and I-485 and filed MTR. Today I got massage from USCIS: I-140 was approved. on I-485 says still denial notice sent. I filed both petitions silmutanesly back in 2006. What iis a fate of my I-485 petition. Will it be approved soon too?Please tell me I am curious. Attorney says yes , that USCIS will reopen my I-485 and will get GC within 2 months. Is that true.
 
Your attorney was correct. Keep checking the onine status and later take an infopass appointment or call the service center to get an update.
