Can you Apply for naturalization as Asylum derivate before the principal?

Hi everyone,
I got my GC in 2005 as derivate from my wife as asylum principal since 2004. Now I want to apply for Us Passport but I am not sure if I can do it before my wife. My wife still have not applied for passport because she can't make up with the days required inside the Us for the last 5 years.

Yes. Your naturalization is separate from hers. Whether she naturalizes has no effect on whether and when you naturalize. (And in fact, your GC application was also separate from hers. Your Adjustment of Status was not dependent on hers.)
