I applied for medical residency and got into a program and expect to start in June 2024.
Here is the issue, I graduated with an MPH in December 2023. I applied for an F1-OPT EAD and obtained it in November 2023, and have been using it to work since January 2024.
Can I use my F1-OPT EAD to start my medical residency?
I also applied for TPS EAD in December 2023. If the TPS EAD becomes available, can I use this for medical residency?
How can I expedite the TPS EAD? I tried expediting it 3 weeks ago, I was told to wait for 7 days, but I did not hear back from USCIS and now and the processing time increased to 3 months, according to my USCIS online account.
