Hi,

I am approaching my 6 year limit in April 2004. I am working for a bankrupt company. They filed for my LC in RIR category in Nov 2001. Then my co. filed for bankrupcy in Dec 2001. I am still working with the same company. In march of this year we received Notice of findings from DOL. We were not able to fulfill the requirements of the NOF. My bosses were ready to file for me in general category but my HR created lot of problems, and finally we did nothing. And I just gave up since the future of the company wasn't sure. Now it seems like the bankruptcy can hang till 2006. Meanwhile, i filed for my LC with another company in July this year.

Now my question is can I make use of my old LC somehow to get the 7th year extension with my current bankrupt company ??
Or can I use the old LC time (which was more than a year before INS turned back with NOF) to get the 7th year extension through the other company I filed my LC with??

Please help me out...

Thanks a lot in advance for any suggestions...
