Hi, I received the yellow envelop with my Green card related immigrant visa documents after my Green card interview at the US embassy in Tokyo. But the yellow envelop arrived open. It was not sealed properly so the adhesive failed to do its job. Can I seal it myself instead of going all the way back to the US embassy? The adhesive on the envelop was not strong enough, but there are no signs of forcible opening.
