I have got EAD thorugh spouse and I am planning to start working.
If spouse's 485 is denied, can I switch from my EAD to an employer sponsored H1b . I still have two years left on the H1b.
Short answer is yes. Mere 485 denial doesn't make one ineligible to apply/get back to H status. Reason of denial, though, might have consequences. It was discussed in another post yesterday.
