Hello,
I am in the US on a H4 visa stamp. I have just received a notice of action approving my H-1. I am a citizen of India and have no plans of visiting India in the near furture. I have been on H-1 status before I switched to H-4 but never left the country to get a stamping for my previous H-1 (which has expired). I did get my H-4 stamped in India recently and the visa stamp suggests the H-4 expires in 2010.
Now, I need to visit Toronto, Canada in November and I would like to know if I can get my new H-1 visa stamped at the US Consulate in Toronto?
Thx,
Tulip
