Hi,
I've filed a process to get a J1 waiver but I had to move back to my country and have not received yet the final answer from USCIS.
Does anyone know if I can change my address in the USCIS system to a non-US address? If I can, how can I do that? Otherwise, how can I receive the formal waiver if I don't live anymore in the US?
