Can I-485, I-131 and I-765 still filed for a single fee

I am filing under family based immediate relative. Can I still file for I-485, I-131 and 765 petitions together for a single fee? Also I am filing a new I-485 under immediate family member category now. My EB2 based I-485 is pending and already have I-31 and 765 issued. Will I need to file new I-131 and 765 under family based or I can use the ones issued under employment category.
 
Yes, currently, I-765 for EAD and I-131 for Advance Parole are still free for I-485 applicants, although they proposed to end that in the future. I don't know the answer to the other question.
