Can anyone process an H1B visa for a person in India ?

Anyone know who can process an H1B for a person in India ? Please let me know at the earliest.

Of course, not anyone can petition an H1B. The petitioner must seeking to employ the beneficairy. I dont think there are different requirements whether the beneficiary is in India, US , or any where else. So search the INS web site (www.ins.gov) on who can petiton H1B in general.
 
raj, I need to know of anyone over here has a company and ...

he can process an H1B . I know that a company can process an H1B and what all the requirements.
