Business on TN?

I am on a TN as a CSA. I am wondering if I can do business (unrelated to my work of course). SOmething like real state business, buying homes and then selling. Am I ok or should I need any special permit or what? I have no idea. Thanks in advance for your output

Quite simple, you cannot. You can get another TN job, but any other type of work, even if you could get another type of visa, would conflict with your TN status.

same for TD: they cannot work.

I don't know about other states, but I heard that you'll need GC if you want to becoming a realtor in CA- verify it yourself before you pay the tuition.
