Just heard from a friend who works for lawyer that the Visa Quota has been met for EB3 even though the Visa Bulletin shows current. 485 under EB3 is now Maxed out!

The news came through the AILA cirula memo from USCIS.

Just thought some of you may be interested to explore this.
 
It is EB3 - Other Worker. NOT EB3.

Its posted on www.aila.com under "Just Posted" link. You cant get in as you have to be a member, but I am sure this is where the rumor started.
