My lawyer said that there is no notification to them about RD, and no new case number when the case reaches DOL, Could you please share how to get these kind of info about how to get the RD and the #013....?

Employer Tax ID#
If you have a tax id# for your employer, we can check all cases pending/cleared @ DOL via email (We are still having problems using this channel). The other option is if you have the tel# they have used to file your case, you can use the automatic tel response @ Boston DOL.

It seems that without the email system, we are indeed in dark.

Hi, it is really fustrated after 2 week server down , now nobody update for a few days.
please be active, or pass on to others like me who have plenty of time, and who never travel and who check the message board at lease 20 times per day.

The bitterness and impatience of a few is really turning me off this forum. We all spend MONTHs in this DOL queue (I\'m coming up on month 14 myself), and we have wonderful *VOLUNTEERS* who are providing a service no one is obligated to provide. Yet there are people on this board, that, even when info is coming regularly, get antsy if the update isn\'t up by 9:31 AM.
I get mad whenever I see someone pester a volunteer for updates - THERE IS NO INFORMATION POSTED HERE THAT YOU CANNOT OBTAIN YOURSELF. These guys hold no magic keys - if you really are that impatient, query the database by e-mail yourself (you must have some info about your case, otherwise, looking through these updates is pointless, isn\'t it?) - spare those of us who are thankful for WHATEVER TIME these guys are able to spare helping us out from your whining and complaining.
To those providing the updates, and the original authors of the mass-query software, my thanks and those of the more appreciative in this forum.

I get all the info I need myself. I come to the board occasionally because at times, I have been able to POST information I thought was useful to others, not berate the few people who actually keep this forum ticking.
And no, I don\'t know what you\'re saying - I don\'t profess to being a mind reader. If being \'straight\' in your books implies HOUNDING those who do all the work, well, I\'m crooked as an arrow then, and will live with the consequences.
This was not a personal attack directed at you, and I am sorry that you have taken it so personally. I was addressing the phenomenon of impatience and how some people are taking it out on the WRONG people.
