Benifits for Parents on Immigrant Visa

My parents got Immigrant visa through faimly based petition. They are in US now.They were sponsered by my father\'s brother. Are there any benefits for them to being in US? Like Social Security, Medical etc. They have social security numbers . As keeping in mind that they can not work in US now as they are in old age.
They got stamped their passport for green card at POE
