Being moved to subsidiary

Hi All,

     My company would like to move me to a subsidiary in which they own more than 50% of the stock. (about 60%) Does this mean I would have to file for a new H-1? If I do need to file for another H-1, do I have to go through the whole process again or are there any shortcuts?
