I have recently switched jobs in order to get an earlier priority date.
At my previous employer I had an apprved labor for December 2006 and I 140 was applied in March 2007 which is still pending.
My current (new) employer offered me a labor substitution for August 2005 which is not yet applied but will be applied shortly. As being a substitution I can't go for a premium processing in this I 140 application.

Now I have the following questions:
- Can I140 and I485 be applied concurrently in case of labor substitution with my new employer? i.e. when I 140 is not approved and is pending, can you apply for I485 simultaneously.
- Can you apply for more than one I 485? Can I ask my prior employer to file for I 485 and also ask my current emplyer to file for I 140 and I 485 currently?
- Till what stage you can add spouse to your GC application?
