I got my Permanent Residence in OCT 2001. I was there for one week and landed USA with H1. Now I would like to go back to canada.
Is it possible to continue with my Permanent Residence their?
Even I havn't filed Canadian Tax for 2001,2002.
If I count 3 years obligation, then OCT 2004!
