PLEASE HELP ME 
I've applied for an extension of my B2, I have the receipt but no reply so far I have the option to go for J1 or H1 I've sponsors for both but if I go for H1 I still have 3 months lacking till I start working on October besides if I go for J1 I think it's hard to get J1 waiver not to go back to the country of Origine for 2 years.
By the way is it possible to apply for J1 or H1 while being on a pending B2? wouldn;t there be two I- 539 ? do they accept it?
