Question: my nephew is coming to visit from Russia. He had visited last year with some student program and stayed fro a month. Now, he has B1/B2 that expired in 2016 with the following annotation: "study incidental to travel". It's my understanding that no additional paperwork is required to re-enter US. He is coming only for one week and as far as know is not allowed to study. So, he should state as it is upon the entry to USA: that he is only visiting. Is that correct?
