IF you get your fiance here on a tourist visa and then do a court marriage,can a permanent resident file for a change of status for his wife?
While she's here is she eligible to get an EAD?
So her status stays valid,she could leave the country every six months but would the INS let her come back in once they find out that she has a petition to chnage her status on file?
Could she be eligible for advance parole.
