Hi,
Is the processing of new H1-visa's started or will it start in October??
OR
If I apply for H1 visa now ...will it be processed now (and get the validity in October) ???

If i apply now...when will i get the h1 ..?? when will i get the validity..??

Currently they are issuing H1 for 2005 quota....If you apply for a premium processing now, it will be processed immediately and the H1 will start w.e.f Oct 1st 2004.
Premium Processing will take 15 days and regular processing any where between 2-5 months if the 65 K cap is not reached.
