I moved to the US about 3 1/2 years ago. I got married with my fiance and he filed for political asylum. I am listed on his application. Last month we went to court for the 2nd appeal and it was denied. I have one more appeal, but with little hope. I beleive that the letter of deportation will soon follow.
I am thinking of moving to Canada. Is there any way that I can obtain a tourist visa? Can I apply for political asylum in Canada if I get divorced? Does the third country safe agreement still aplies if he was the one that applied based on things that happened to him?
Is there any way that I can attempt Canada? I would appreciate somoe guidance, thank you so much everybody.
