Attorney Issues and G28

Hi,


Is there anybody out here who fired his/her attorney and got RFE or Approval or any other communication to the new attorney or to the applicant him/her self instead of the old attorney.

negative or positive impacts ???

Is there anybody else aprt from EricS who filed g-28 and got the communication there after to the new attorney or to applicant....

So many ppl in this forun filed/ or used ac-21. So obviously might have file g-28.

Please share your experiences..

PS: Thank Erics for your reply. It gave me some comfort. But I am just trying to find out how consistent USCIS is wrt G28

New Attorney sent G-28s for 485 for self and family last month (April 05) and still this month, RFE issued on 5/6/05 got sent to old attorney, who sent it over by fedex to new attorney.
