My lawyer told me not to -re-send AR-11

I too got the blank AR-11 forms, but my lawyer advised me against re-sending it. She told me they are subcontractors who send out these notices on the advise of the case-office and really don't look at our files for new addresses. Again, this is my lawyers advise to me. I recommend you don't take my word as final, but may want to check with your lawyer.

I got my FP done today without any hassles. Good Luck !!!!

I think your lawyer's suggestion is correct. If we send AR-11 now they may come back and say that why we are sending AR-11 after six months of our move. I would rather ignore this form.I may go next wednesday for my finger print.

Note: I would suggest everybody to call FBI @ 304-625-5590 and make sure that they received your finger prints and responded back to BCIS. I think you can call FBI 5 days after you gave your finger prints. Have your A# handy.
 
Has anybody got their online message updated or LUD updated after the 2nd FP.

I did my 2nd FP in dover on sep 30.My LUD has got updated yesteday and today in a row. Just curious to know whether anybody else got their LUD/status updated.

Any updates from Guys who did 2 FP in the last 4 weeks?

Also a question: Does attorney recieve I-485 approval notice? I am curious about this because USCIS is still sending the notices to my old address.

Congrats gcme132004. Did you do any status inquiry?

Looks like whoever did their 2 FP in the last few weeks in DE are close to approval.
 
Yahoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Finally, the approval came yesterday for wife and self. Thanks God after 32 months of waiting patiently. Good luck to other Delawarian.

Can you post your exact FP2 dates and any LUD changes on your status. Just curious to know where I stand in the road to my approval.

I wanted to confirm since your signature says all your LUD changes were prior to FP2 (sept 30).

Even I did my FP2 on same day as you. Hope I get approved soon.
