I just landed on the other side of the GC wait.
Got the email just now.

"Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident."

My employer would be very happy because I will no longer be spending the entire day checking my status online,
or on the phone waiting to speak with an IO, who would give me a bunch of crap.

I hope my approval gives hope to the other RFE cases waiting.
Good luck to all of you!

Really great and congrates. As LX95 mentioned, this gives hopes to RFE answered applicants.
 
LUD and approval time

Looks like after the first recent LUD it takes about a month or 4-5 weeks to get an approval.

Hope the trend continues for all..

I don't know if that is the case. There seems to be a lot of people that have had approvals 1 week after two consecutive LUDs, then there's a bunch of people that have had approvals about two weeks after them.

However, there does seem to be others that have had the same pattern of LUDs but are still waiting.

I don't know what we can conclude about the process from looking at LUDs.

My RFE was for an EVL.
The approval took exactly four weeks after they received my response to the RFE.

I want to totally believe your logic :cool: , USCIS recieved my RFE response on 08/19/07. One more week to GO :D

Just quick question, you mentioned in your earlier post that you did not mentioned your salary in the evaluation letter (RFE) but did you mentioned the salary in your AC21 documentation??? Please let me know I am exactly same situation in which you were.
