We are a lesbian couple. We arrived in America a few weeks ago from the border of Mexico and Arizona. Our foreign documents were confiscated at the border and we only have form I-94. We have health insurance, we have a residential address and we want to get married. what can we do We both have the I-94 we crossed the border together and we want to get married as soon as possible and we are wondering if it is possible and what documents we need to get married.

Our passports and my fiancee's driver's license were left at the immigration office. We were only given an I-94 with our photo, date of birth and fingerprints. We have nothing more. A friend can send us our birth certificates.
