I was just wondering, when deriative asylee is filling form I 589 due to derivative asylee becoming ineligible to adjust to permanent resident because principal asylee naturalized
Does the deriative asylee have to specify on form I 589 that they're filing nun pro tunc? What happens if they don't specify that they're filing as nun pro tunc? Do uscis assume they're filing as nun pro tunc because they have their I 94 and stuff.. Please help me understand..
