Hi,
I am US citizen and I applied i130 for my parents. Since my father is already in US, we submitted i130 ad i485 together for adjustment of status. Both application are still pending. My father has pending asylum application before we submitted i130 and i485. It has been pending for like 2 years and now uscis sent interview notice for my dad. I wonder if anyone know whether he will be put into removal proceeding if he withdraw his asylum application due to pending i130 and i485.
