Hi guys,

i was wondering if anyone could help my friend out,
a while back i read this article on immigration and crimes of moral turpitude.
and it was described there that a lot depends on how person plead, what was the possible maximum sentence and etc. was accurately described in relations to immigration, and it was an official document in pdf format.
does anyone know where that article/description of the law can be found? i tried googling it, but couldnt find any info,
