Bottomline I havn't moved

DO I NEED TO FILE AR11?

Thanks

Where were you before that address?

If that was your first American address which
you put down on the I-94 when you arrive,
then I don't think you need AR-11 because
you never moved.

If that was not yoru first American address.
Before that you were at other address while
you were on F1, H1B etc, then you should've
used AR-11.

Remember AR-11 is not for PRs. It is for all
non-citizens.

As to whether you should file AR-11 now.
Theoretically speaking, it is too late.

I have been at 5 different addresses before this
BUT
when I applied for my 485 I was at the current address.
All my EAD, GC approval has been sent to my current address. The INS has my current address.

So do I still need to file AR11?

It looks that the INS hasn't been able to process 2 million forms. I submitted AR11 in early June but I doubt if the agency has even touched it.

Next time, I will send it through certified mail just in case.
