EB2 Retrogression
Even attorney Cyrus Mehta's website www.cyrusmehta.com also wrote that EB2 category may retrogress in the near future.

I only hope they could use 101k numbers and I dont think even if they use these the pD's are going to become Current because of the fast approvals expected by PERM as the old filers may refile in PERM keeping the old PD. I am visualising a chance that if some of old EB3 filer become eligible under EB2 now, they may prefer to refile in EB2 under PERM. If many people opt for this option then there is likelyhood that EB2 may retrogress.
