Congrats for I140. I don't know what's happening with my case which was filed on 14th Jan (Rd :14th Jan) EB3 category. Haven't heard from my lawery and there is nothing new on there web site for my case id.. :mad:

yes,

all at the same time. So far only i-140 is approved.

Waiting for EAD and advance parole...

Congrats rezi. Solannumberone, I am also in the same boat.
EB3/RIR and nonconcurrent. RD is 27th JAN, according to the case status page. Nothing yet.

I don't know why they have taken so long in my case. This wait is realy killing me. :mad:
How big is u'r company. Mine is a very small on with just 5-6 people but I don't think so this should be a problem.

My company has around 100 people, and the good thing is that they have not laid of people. I hope ours get approved without problem.
