RFE received on Dec 26 2003

emp letter (AC21), Medicals(did not take vaccination due to pregnancy) , Mother's name discrepancy , second finger printing

Mine,
Affidavit of support from my wife, second finger printing

Replied to RFE Feb 06, 2003 and finger printing on Feb 13, 2003.

Case has been approved on Feb 18, 2004 just two days after finger printing.

Great relief . So, folks Keep hope, it's just a matter of time.

Could you tell us when the on-line message changed? Did you see it first thing in the morning or did it change during the day?

I checked last night(Feb 18th) and it had the message "your response to RFE was received on Feb 06 ..............."
I checked again on Feb 19th Afternoon and it had the message
your case is approved.

Tell me more about your wife's medicals.Did they asked to complete the medicals before stamping.My case is came.My wife was pregent at the time of medicals.

Do you suggest to go ahead & complete the vaccination and send them the documents instead of waiting for RFE.

I am in still early stage of case but still if it is going to save an RFE I would like to do that.
