Here is the e-mail I received today at 8:32 am. I think card production ordered means I am approved, right???

That certainly gives me hope too, since all my dates are close to yours, except for PD, which is 2 years older! :rolleyes:

On August 13, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

May 31, 2007- just a change in the date, no update in the Message
Called NSC-5-6 times, every time different answer. Only the IO's gave proper response. Everytime I wait more than 8 mins, it goes to Customer Service and only response i get is pending check, security check, no updates etc..
But within 2 mins, if the call is answered it goes to an IO, and the last time i spoke was on Friday Aug 10, 2007, the lady officer said u should get a response in 2 weeks, if not call back during 1st week of Sept. She was very nice and polite
This morning Aug 13, 2007, got the email-Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident

I have my AP and EAD Pending-4th one.
All the best all of u guys, if ii am lucky so will all of you ...........

Congratulations.

Another case which has RD of 02/2007 got approved. While USCIS processing only RD of 08/2006 or earlier cases.

Can not understand the logic.

I too got Card Production Ordered email twice 1 on 8/13 and 2nd 8/14..
after that no email yet..

My wife case is still pending..

All, who are waiting for derivative's approvals.. please share your experience and also how long it took for you guys to receive card or any other mails once you got the card production ordered..

Malik_Labor,
To me it seems that they are trying to get all the older PD out .......so they are going by PD. If you look at allthe cases in trackitt.com, you'll see that although they may have a late RDin 2007 but there PD is OLD.
 
Priority date and Sept visa bulletin

I am one of those people that was current under June and of course July visa bulletin and then suddenly not after the July fiasco. Then again from July 17-August 17. My lawyer got the paperwork in and the PD is 2/04 EB-3 under rest of the world. If I read the September bulletin it looks like EB-3 is set back to Aug 02. Is that for filers who did not qualify under the 1 month sent in thing or am I also included? What I do not understand is that I was current and able to file during the 1 month period and I did, and now my category is back to 2002 and I am 2004. Will my paper just sit there and collect dust or will they actually work on it?
Any info appreciated from the smart forum members.
