Approved I-140

Hi,
I have one approved I-140 from my previous employer but I left the company about 2 years back. Is possible to use that I-140 for 485 filing.
My new company has filed labor about a year back but that is still pending.

You can(not) ....

Well 2 different cases here. If you have a original i-140 apporval copy with you, then you can hold the priority date. But you have to submit a copy with your new labor filing. The second case is if you don't have a original copy of I-140 then you can not do anything. I don't whether it would help you or not but I'm telling you with my previous knowledge. For more info just conatct a lawyer.
