Approved around Nov 4th 2002..Anyone received Courtesy Copies

My case is approved on Nov 4th 2002, but I haven't received my courtesy copy yet, are there any guys around this date who haven't received their approval notices.

My case is approved on Nov. 6. But still I have not received my approval notice.

Approved on Nov. 4th

My case has been approved on Nov. 4th and I did received the original copy (Attorney) on Nov. 8th.

I haven't check my mail for courtesy copy yet.

Got original and courtesy copies on 11/8 .

Got stamped yesterday at Philly.
