Approval Time after RFE

I got an RFE for Birth certificate which I had send on 05/12/05,
can I know what it current time frame to expect the reply/approval from them.

I am in the same boat, just responded to an RFE.Some of my friends got their 485 processed after 3-4 weeks and for some it took around 2 months.. so it really depends on how efficient the BCIS manages it's tasks !
 
Approved in 3 business days after receiving the RFE

NSC received my RFE om may 18 and approved on may 23 (in 5 calender days). :)
Hope you guys will get it soon

I sm still waiting , I am a AC21 case , got an RFE on Ability to pay ,replied to RFE and sent more than required documents on the 17th of May 2005, it has already been 6 weeks and I am afraid I will have to wait till the end of Ootober may be...
Or may be more... who knows...

I got the same RFE, replied in July 2005.

Let us see howlong does it take. I hope u got the approval notice by this time.

NOTE: SERVICE IS ALSO WAITING FOR A VISA TO BECOME AVAILABLE.

I'm desparately waiting.. No progress yet.

Filing Date : 04/01/2003.

Can you share your (nshahab) details????

I put inquiry in to my i-485 after 60 days of sending RFI, they asked me to check back again in 60 days (Duh!! )and I will be calling them again on the 8th of October !
They said my case was "actively" being reviewed by an officer.. (oh yeah and they want be to believe it!)
So I will post again after I call them on the 8th of October , but I am sure they might say VISA numbers are not available or some c**p like that

No Update.. Tried to contact Senator. No luck there.

EB3.. Overall, In bad situation.

I hate to take out my attorney for my next EAD and AP extension.
