My dates are almost exactly the same..

Thanks Sbabunle will try taking appointment. Have already put service request 8 Jun 07 and awatg reply. ometimes too pushy cases get stuck.

Dear PDD123: Your should be earlier than mine. But as you have mentioned that you are stuck in Name check but I feel feel you should be getting the news soon. They are taking by I485 ND that you have earlier. But as has been observed some later cases have been approved it seems the IO picks up randomly. I think there are many cases earlier than ours who are not on this Portal and have been waiting to hear good news.
Just Pray and keep faith we all will see the light soon.

Here are my details. Looks like 2001 cases are in different pool, May be NSC, DOS thought that 2001 cases are already aproved
There is no sense in waiting for GC, I will wait for my Citizenship Card
 
NSC is Random in Approvals

Guys,

I am trying to observe the approval trend at NSC but unsuccessful so far. Sometimes it looks like they are following RD but then I see the approvals from RD 2005 EB3 cases and that theory crashes down :( . PD is definitely not being followed. The more I think, the more I get frustrated. However, One thing is for sure, The transferred cases from CSC-->NSC are being treated as second class cases. Don't know when I get rid of this mess. :mad:

30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from

Judging from others on this forum usually they are getting from 7-10 days recently. But for safe side take 30 days. Please keep us posted on arrival.

I called NSC June 6th and I was told that all name check is cleared and is waiting to be assigned to an officer
 
First of all, congratulations on all your approvals transferred from CSC to NSC cases. I have a question regarding TB skin test for people who got approvals recently.

Have you had your TB skin test done before your approvals? The reason I ask is that NSC sent bunch of RFE on TB skin test last month. My doc. did not do the TB skin test, just X-ray instead. Does NSC send TB skin test RFE to those who filed with NSC originally, not the transferred cases from CSC?

Please share your experience on this at your happy moment.
