What should prepare for parents before they get visa?
Some one raised this issue before. I would encourage you to look back at the posts in this forum. The bottom line is some people said that your parents should apply as tourists and should not say that you are an asylee. If they are to say that they are the parents fo asylee, the embassy official will suspect that they will overstay their visa and will also apply for asylum as their son or daughter. They can mention that you are legally admitted to the USA but i would not write that you are an asylee if i was them. One last thing, there is a good chance they will be granted the visa due to their old age. They also need to have a local bank account and show that they can afford the trip. I understand how important it is for you to meet with them so you have to be careful and not let any bozo mess you up. Good luck
