X is on L2. X is working on EAD for company Y.

• GC be filed by company Y?
• Does she need to be on that company's H1 for them to apply for GC?
• Can they apply for labor approval as future employer?
• At what stage of GC does she need to be on the H1 by that company?

If EAD is obtained as dependent of L1B, Y has nothing to do with GC.
