applied 485 and EAD while 140 in security check.

Hi,
My 140 was stuckup in security clearence and I applied for 485 , EAD and Advanced payroll.

If I get the EAD , can I change my employer on H1b transer with my 140 still valid ? I dont want to use my EAD until 140 is cleared but If I change the employer is my GC process going to be still valid ?

Wonder I-140 needs security clearance..... Is it your security clearance or your GC sponsor company's ?

If your sponsor is still supporting you even after you change the company, then no worries....you can change company no of times on H1b transfer....

If your sponsor seems not good for your changing the company then you have to wait to clear I-140 and I-485 RD > 180 days....
